All the equipment that cost tens of thousands of yuan end up being useless and the cost can never be recovered.

Scam 2: Lithium Battery Production Franchise Project
Kuaihu, which has seen its factory shut down and its boss arrested after absconding this year, has been promoting a lithium battery production franchise project since 2016, defrauding people by charging franchise fees, overcharging for low-quality equipment and selling inferior raw materials. Lithium batteries are relatively dangerous items. If not properly handled during processing and storage, problems such as explosions and fires can easily occur. Not only will you lose all your investment, but it may also cause casualties. It is impossible for a private workshop to produce qualified lithium batteries.
