The method for measuring battery capacity is basically the same as the method for testing the discharge performance of lithium-ion batteries, including constant current discharge, constant resistance discharge, constant voltage discharge, constant voltage and current discharge, continuous discharge, and intermittent discharge. The capacity of the battery can be calculated based on the discharge time and the magnitude of the current.

To truly quickly and accurately detect the capacity of lithium-ion battery packs in daily maintenance and repair, it is still necessary to use a lithium-ion battery tester. When using, connect the lithium forklift battery tester to the battery for 10-15 seconds, and maintain the voltage at 10.5-11.6V, indicating sufficient capacity and no battery failure; The voltage remains between 9.6V and 10.5V, indicating insufficient capacity and no battery failure; If the voltage drops below 9.6V, it indicates severe insufficient capacity or battery failure.
