The bidding product is a 3.2V single battery lithium iron phosphate battery, with a centralized procurement of 923 million Ah.

It is understood that China Mobile has set a maximum bidding price limit for this project, which is 2.367 billion yuan excluding tax. The bidding documents were obtained from 17:00 on May 6, 2021 to 17:30 on May 11, 2021; Manufacturers intending to participate in pre bid testing shall submit product testing registration forms from the date of announcement until 15:00 on May 15th; The deadline for bidding is 9:00 on June 28th.

This project adopts share bidding, with 8-10 winning bidders:

If the number of winning bidders=10, that is 15.63%, second place 13.54%, third place 12.50%, fourth place 11.46%, fifth place 10.42%, sixth place 9.38%, seventh place 8.33%, eighth place 7.29%, ninth place 6.25%, and tenth place 5.20%;

If the number of winning bidders is 9, i.e. 17.07%, second place 14.63%, third place 13.41%, fourth place 12.20%, fifth place 10.98%, sixth place 9.76%, seventh place 8.54%, eighth place 7.32%, and ninth place 6.09%;

If the number of winning bidders=8, that is 18.85%, second place 15.94%, third place 14.49%, fourth place 13.04%, fifth place 11.59%, sixth place 10.14%, seventh place 8.70%, and eighth place 7.25%. China Mobile Procurement and Tendering Network

At that time, the highest bidding limit was set at 2.508 billion yuan excluding tax.

The project opened on April 27, 2020, and eight companies, including Zhongtian Technology, Haisida, Shuangdeng, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Nandu Power, Xiongtao Co., Ltd., Guangyu Power, and Lilang Battery, won the bid.
