The overall design of the battery pack includes three levels: cell, module, and pack. In the electric core link, the first thing is to ensure chemical stability, select stable materials, and detect its stability through thousands of assessments, such as overcharge, vibration, thermal shock, and even acupuncture.
Sakamoto Hideyoshi analyzed that from the perspective of battery cells, the selection of liquid electrolytes and positive and negative electrode materials for batteries is crucial. At the same time, the short circuit inside the cell is closely related to the selection of diaphragm material, therefore, Yuanyuan AESC has made special designs on the internal materials of the cell.
In the module and pack process, the structure is used to protect the battery cell from impact. This includes the overall IP67 protection design of the shell, natural air-cooled heat dissipation system, separate charging system design, and the use of heat conduction to turn the entire vehicle body into a battery heat dissipation body. At the same time, it also fully considers FMEA to ensure that safety margin is left in the design.
It is worth noting that in the pack process, in addition to physical protective measures, the key is to diagnose the fault of the battery module through bMS, monitor the occurrence of abnormalities, and predict potential problems, in order to prevent problems from occurring through power outage.

The overall idea is to divide it into four different fault modes from three aspects: driving restrictions, charging restrictions, and fault display.
