New production processes for core components such as motors, electronic control, high-voltage wiring harnesses, and electric assemblies, engine assemblies, engine cylinder blocks, and brake assemblies will be built. Public and auxiliary facilities such as public power equipment and pipelines will be constructed in the factory, and equipment such as assembly lines, presses, and welding machines will be purchased.
