On November 1st, Tianjin Lishen Juyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lishen Juyuan), affiliated to Lishen Battery, held the 2024 New Product Launch Event in Tianjin.

At this launch event, Lishen Juyuan introduced a total of ten new products, namely 900 Wh/L high-energy high-silicon batteries, high specific energy 3C fast-charging batteries, 5C super fast-charging batteries, high-safety batteries, high specific energy drone batteries, high-power full-tab batteries, semi-solid-state batteries, ultra-thin batteries, curved batteries, and wide-temperature-range batteries. These products cover numerous fields such as mobile phones, laptops, power banks, smart wearables, cleaning tools, and drones, providing more advanced, higher-energy, and safer power solutions for consumer electronics products, smart homes, and the low-altitude industry.

It is known that Lishen Juyuan is affiliated with Lishen Battery and is a high-end battery supplier mainly engaged in the application of polymer batteries. The direction of Lishen Juyuan's product system planning mainly takes cobalt-lithium and ternary as the core, and its system capabilities remain at the industry-leading level. It focuses on semi-solid-state and solid-state technologies as the common key breakthroughs for the next generation, concentrating on frontier technology research. The lithium iron phosphate system is centered on the research and development of the small power system.

At the launch event, the relevant person in charge of Lishen Juyuan presented to the conference the intelligent manufacturing production line of Lishen Juyuan, which is equipped with international advanced equipment and processes and has an investment of nearly 1.2 billion yuan.

It is worth noting that in order to address the issue of insufficient high-end production capacity, in September this year, Lishen Juyuan completed the construction of a new intelligent manufacturing factory (Phase V, Section B) in Tianjin, effectively expanding the company's production capacity of polymer batteries. The total investment of this factory is nearly 1.2 billion yuan, with an annual production capacity of 60 million pieces. The commissioning of this base has elevated Lishen Juyuan's intelligent manufacturing capabilities to a new stage.

It is understood that this new production line has adopted the most advanced automated production equipment and advanced manufacturing processes in the industry, significantly improving production efficiency. Compared with traditional production lines, the labor efficiency has been increased by 45%. The production line fully covers the processes required for high-end products, including tab-centered, multi-tab winding, and lamination processes, and has successfully implemented new processes such as double-layer coating, laser powder cleaning, and laser etching. Meanwhile, through a precise online quality inspection system, various data of battery production are accurately collected, and timely quality warnings are issued to ensure high consistency of the batteries.

"The commissioning of the Phase V, Section B production line, with 12 new production lines added at once, represents the largest investment in polymer batteries in the past decade, effectively supplementing the production capacity of high-end polymer batteries." Mao Dawei, the general manager of Lishen Juyuan, said that according to the current implementation situation of product projects, the Phase V, Section B will soon reach full production, which also ushers in a new chapter in the rapid development of Lishen Juyuan's polymer batteries.
