3. Measure the battery voltage when it drops to 11. Check if there is a difference, if there is, continue to discharge until one battery in the middle is 10.5, and if there is a difference of 0.8V between other batteries. If there is a difference of more than 0.8, there is a lagging battery

Firstly, check if the charger is intact. You can test it with a light bulb (a multimeter would be even better). Test whether the two output clamps have electricity. If they are intact (if they are broken, quickly find a good one), charge the battery (positive to positive, negative to negative) for more than 1 hour, and check if the battery has voltage. If the voltage is too low, it is preliminarily judged that there is a problem with the battery.
