Although the production process of lead-acid batteries is the same as that of lead-acid batteries, the use of salt solution instead of dilute sulfuric acid results in a low concentration of lead ions and almost no pollution emissions, greatly reducing the risk of lead pollution.
In addition, the composite salts and additives used to replace sulfuric acid in lead-oxide batteries can be obtained through simple chemical synthesis of waste discharged from steel and coal coking enterprises, solving the pollution emission problems that many steel enterprises cannot handle or require a large amount of cost to handle.
