In terms of project situation, Greenway plans to use the land at No. 50 Xindong'an Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City to invest 528 million yuan in the construction of a new energy high-value recycling project, forming an industrial scale of high-value recycling of 100000 new energy vehicles per year, 100000 sets per year of power lithium battery packs, and creating a research and development platform for a high-value utilization engineering research center, It will build an industrial demonstration base and engineering technology research center for green recycling of power lithium batteries and new energy vehicles in Jiangsu Province, and become an advanced recycling and green disposal center for power lithium batteries and new energy vehicles in the world. The notice states that the project will commence construction before October 2020 and is expected to be completed and put into operation before September 2022.

In terms of supporting facilities, the Wuxi Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee fully assists Party B's project to become a demonstration base and disposal center for the recycling and utilization of power lithium batteries and new energy vehicles in Jiangsu Province, and promotes the inclusion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's pilot plan for the recycling and utilization of power lithium batteries and new energy vehicles.

After completing the corresponding business indicators, the Wuxi Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee will provide certain industrial support funds.
