Bohai Securities predicts that the installed capacity of domestic power lithium-ion batteries in 2019/2020/2021 will be 77/113/158GWh. According to calculations, the market size of the domestic power lithium-ion battery industry will exceed 340 billion yuan in the next three years.

On the other hand, the trend of increasing the proportion of installed power lithium-ion batteries for supporting foreign car companies is very obvious. According to data from the High Industry Research Institute (GGII), the installed capacity of power lithium-ion batteries in September 2019 was 3.95 GWh, of which the installed capacity of power lithium-ion batteries supporting joint venture brands was about 0.32 GWh, a year-on-year increase of 287%; In stark contrast, the installed capacity of power lithium-ion batteries equipped with independent brands is about 3.63GWh, a year-on-year decrease of 36%.
