After AESC was acquired by Vision Group, this strict engineering and manufacturing standard system was also continued. Relying on AESC's Japanese core team, the entire processing, manufacturing, and quality system was also rapidly established in the Chinese factory located in Jiangyin, Wuxi.
Taking the processing process as an example, Vision AESC has achieved over 770 quality monitoring, and each project is carried out within a set of pDCA cycles. This means that for each control project, there is a team responsible for monitoring and controlling the execution of the plan.

At the level of cell manufacturing alone, each cell has over 2000 data acquisition points. The massive data nodes form the unique traceability management system of Vision AESC, which collects and monitors a large number of process and battery status parameters.
These data and the data collected from front-end customers form a closed loop, which can help battery design leave more precise margin and stay away from safety limit states, and based on this, develop more accurate bMS control strategies.
In terms of standardized manufacturing, Yuanyuan AESC achieved fully standardized operation and processing at the beginning of its factory establishment in 2010. In 2012, Yuanyuan AESC transferred this technology and processing process overseas and established battery processing bases in the United States and the United Kingdom to ensure the processing of battery products with the same quality and product performance.
