At the level of cell manufacturing alone, each cell has over 2000 data acquisition points. These data and the data collected from front-end customers form a closed loop, which can help battery design leave more precise margin and stay away from safety limit states, and based on this, develop more accurate bMS control strategies.

In terms of standardized manufacturing, Yuanyuan AESC achieved fully standardized operation and processing at the beginning of its factory establishment in 2010. In 2012, Yuanyuan AESC transferred this technology and processing process overseas and established battery processing bases in the United States and the United Kingdom to ensure the processing of battery products with the same quality and product performance.
