Which is the difference between 18650 lithium cell and polymer lithium ion battery cell

The outer packaging is mainly made of aluminum plastic film, and the lithium material in the middle is paste. So the shape can be customized. The 18650 lithium cell battery is sealed with steel or aluminum shell, and the internal pressure is huge.
