1. Laminator
It is important to separate the positive and negative electrode materials of the lithium-ion battery with a diaphragm to prevent the short circuit of the electrode piece. 2. Ultrasonic welding machine
The worker holds the finished laminated battery and sends the pole lug into the welding position. Through the high-frequency elastic vibration of the acoustic system, the positive and negative pole lugs of the laminated battery can be welded under the clamping purpose of static pressure between the workpieces. Under pressure, the metal surfaces will rub each other to form the fusion between molecular layers, which has the advantages of fast, energy-saving, high fusion strength, non-sparking and close to cold processing.
3. Cutting machine
The lithium ion battery pole lug to be cut is manually fed into the cutting machine knife edge, and the cutting knife is driven to cut the protruding part of the pole lug by controlling the cylinder movement. The cutting process needs to ensure the symmetry of the pole lugs on both sides, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the temperature.
