Most 18650 lithium battery pack processes have similar characteristics, which are multiple in parallel and multiple in series. The 18650 lithium battery pack process has distinctive characteristics, among which the biggest feature is flexible combination. Most continuous orders can be completed semi-automatically. 18650 lithium battery pack process quality characteristics
1. The lithium battery with good quality needs to be provided by qualified and stable suppliers with good performance. The single battery can be used after passing a series of safety tests and performance tests.
2. It is required that the internal resistance of the battery be low and consistent. Regardless of 14.8V lithium battery pack or other energy storage battery packs, the low internal resistance shall be guaranteed to ensure the capacity, platform and heat dissipation of large current discharge.
3. The battery structure adopts ventilation design, and the space between two adjacent batteries is not less than 2mm. This structure requires that the battery be fixed with plastic support.
4. PACK battery factory uses slotted nickel sheet for spot welding. The size of nickel sheet meets the requirements of high current discharge. The nickel sheet material ensures low internal resistance, the spot welding machine ensures stable operation, and the welding needle ensures quality. The operator can operate after being trained and qualified. After spot welding, check whether the welding spot is firm. In addition, vibration test shall be conducted for each batch of products to verify the anti-vibration performance.
5. Different batches of batteries are made into typical finished products and life tests are carried out. The actual cycle life is obtained from the cycle test of the finished battery when the experience of the lithium battery PACK design specification is summarized.
6. Verify the high and low temperature performance of the battery. The cells of different PACK lithium battery manufacturers are made into finished products and tested at different times under high and low temperatures, and the actual discharge curve is obtained.
