The room temperature aging temperature of lithium-ion battery packs is 25 degrees, and the high-temperature aging varies from factory to factory, with some ranging from 38 degrees to 45 degrees, and the time is between 48-72 hours.

There are several main reasons why lithium-ion battery packs age before leaving the factory

The third is to conduct consistency screening of lithium-ion battery packs after aging for a period of time. After formation, the voltage of the battery cell is unstable, and its measured value will deviate from the actual value. The voltage and internal resistance of the aged battery cell are more stable, making it easier to screen for batteries with high consistency.
