(2) Firstly, check whether the adhesive wheel is tightly attached to the battery cell, whether the adhesive tape adjustment plate is loose, whether the feeding guide wheel is too high, whether the cylinder air pressure is stable, whether the screw for adjusting the cylinder distance is loose, and whether the upper clamping wheel is tightly pressing the adhesive tape;

(3) The wheel in front of the glue sticking mechanism collides with the lower support, causing occasional glue sticking failure during rolling. The lower support may be flexible during collision and cannot be pressed down when feeding, resulting in occasional glue sticking failure;

(4) Check if the one-way bearing of the transition rod is installed upside down, loosen the locking sleeve of the transition rod, and adjust the transition rod.
