Output combination method: If a battery that has been aged for a long time, or a battery with severe self discharge and sulfurization, the effect of water replenishment and charging recovery is not obvious enough, this method can be used. This method is effective for batteries with a voltage of 24V or 36V or a whole set of batteries. It involves connecting two or more outputs of the tester in series and then connecting them to the battery. The series voltage of the two outputs is 24V, and the series voltage of the three outputs is 36V. However, in actual testing, it was found that the voltage increased after parallel connection, but the current still remained at the selected current size. For example, both circuits were charged with a 3-ampere current mode, and the voltage obtained after series connection was 24V output, but the current did not increase. When using this method, it should be noted that the current selected for each circuit of the tester should be the same and must be started simultaneously. If the series connection of three circuits is 36V, the charging current should be selected for each circuit of the same size and started.

9. Heating method: For batteries that have been stored for a long time, the electrolyte is severely dry, and after replenishing water, they do not want to stand for 24 hours. This method is used when customers urgently need repair. After the repaired battery is replenished with water, in order to accelerate the penetration of electrolyte into the interior of the battery (the separator uses ultrafine glass fiber as the carrier of electrolyte, which can absorb a large amount of electrolyte) and undergo its own chemical reaction, the replenished battery is immersed in hot water at around 70 degrees Celsius (note: do not immerse the battery to prevent short circuits) for more than 1 hour. Afterwards, remove the battery from the hot water for normal repair work.
