At present, the first production line of Zangger Lithium Project has been supplied, entering the on-site installation stage, and other production lines continue to supply as scheduled; Jintai Lithium Project has completed the internal project approval process and entered the project procurement and production implementation stage.

According to the public information, Lanxiao Technology and Zangger Lithium signed a contract for the purchase and sale of equipment for the 10000 ton lithium carbonate salt lake brine lithium extraction device, with the amount of 578 million yuan; The service contract signed with Jintai Lithium reached 470 million yuan. The cooperation project is expected to benefit the company's performance in the next two years.

It is understood that Lanxiao Technology has started to research and develop series of technologies for lithium extraction from salt lake brine since 2009, and has formed independent intellectual property technologies for lithium extraction from salt lake brine by adsorption and lithium carbonate purification and impurity removal. Up to now, the company has obtained 7 patents related to lithium extraction from salt lake brine and lithium carbonate refining technology.

Lanxiao Technology said that most of the domestic salt lake brines are brines with high magnesium lithium ratio and low lithium concentration, and the mining complexity is high. The Company's lithium extraction technology by adsorption has advantages in environmental protection and cost, which can further expand the exploitable range of brine resources and promote the development of lithium carbonate extraction from brine resources.

At present, the rapidly increasing demand for downstream electric vehicles is driving the increase of new capacity planning for lithium resources. Industry data shows that in H1 2018, domestic lithium carbonate output was about 68000 tons, with a growth rate of 90%, of which salt lake brine accounted for about 30%.
