In Yang Yusheng's view, plug-in hybrid vehicles are not truly electric vehicles, and there are many negative phenomena. He takes the situation in Shanghai as an example, some people who purchase plug-in hybrid vehicles will remove the battery to reduce weight or even sell the battery. They not only receive subsidies, obtain license plates, but also have an additional income. This practice of getting more with one action is not worth advocating!
