The electrolyte of cadmium nickel power lithium-ion battery equipment should be replaced using the following method. First, discharge the power lithium-ion battery equipment with an 8-hour rate of current to reduce the voltage to 1.0 volts. Pour out the electrolyte, and then wash the power lithium-ion battery equipment with pure water until there are no residue or sediment in the water poured out from the power lithium-ion battery equipment. Inject the newly prepared or regenerated electrolyte into the power lithium-ion battery equipment. Note that in any case, power lithium-ion battery equipment that has been washed with pure water must be immediately injected with electrolyte, even if left unused for a short period of time is not allowed. After injecting new electrolyte, tighten the plug and let it stand for 2 hours; Check if the specific gravity and liquid level height of the electrolyte comply with regulations, and adjust them if necessary. Then add an appropriate amount of liquid paraffin and tighten the plug.

Before replacing the electrolyte, the iron nickel power lithium-ion battery equipment is discharged with an 8-hour rate of current to reduce the voltage of each power lithium-ion battery equipment to 1.0 volts. The old electrolyte is removed, and the power lithium-ion battery equipment is vigorously shaken to remove any residue inside the container. After removing the old electrolyte, clean it 3-4 times with the residual electrolyte removed. Inject the newly prepared or regenerated electrolyte into the power lithium-ion battery equipment, let it stand for 2 hours, check the electrolyte specific gravity and liquid level height, and adjust them to reach the specified values. Then, add an appropriate amount of liquid paraffin and tighten the plug.
