On the evening of November 26th, Baili Technology announced that on November 26th, the company signed a general contracting contract with Shaanxi Hongma Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongma Technology) for the "Shaanxi Hongma Technology Co., Ltd. 10000 tons/year lithium-ion power lithium battery multiple positive electrode material project (Phase II)", with a contract amount of 563 million yuan.

The notice shows that the location of the Hongma Technology 10000 ton/year lithium-ion power lithium battery multiple positive electrode material project (Phase II) is Hancheng, Shaanxi. The project includes a 10000 ton/year ternary precursor device, a 5000 ton/year ternary positive electrode material device, and supporting production units, public works, and service facilities for the above projects.

Hongma Technology was established on October 31, 2017. Its main business includes the research, development, and production of high-tech battery material products, as well as the import and export of related raw materials, products, and technologies; Technical consultation, technology transfer, analysis and testing, and other services.

It is understood that on November 29, 2017, Baili Technology signed the "General Contracting Contract for the 10000 ton/year lithium-ion power lithium battery multiple positive electrode material project (Phase I) of Shaanxi Hongma Technology Co., Ltd." with Hongma Technology, with a total amount of 498 million yuan, accounting for 126.91% of the company's total contracting revenue in 2017.
