Due to the unimaginable conductivity of graphene, the concept of graphene batteries has become a life-saving straw for breaking through the current bottleneck of battery technology. Zhou Changyi, Director of the Raw Materials Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recently revealed at the 2015 Graphene Innovation Conference that the 13th Five Year Plan, including the development of the new materials industry, is being formulated and will soon be introduced.
