1. What is a battery earphone?

2.2 According to the magnetic pole ear glue (domestic market):

Vinyl ear: Generally used for low-end digital small batteries.

Yellow rubber rod ear: generally used for low-end power lithium-ion batteries and high-power batteries.

White plastic ear pole: generally used for high-end digital batteries, power lithium-ion batteries, and high-power batteries.

2.3 The packaging of polar ear products is divided into:

(1) Disk type magnetic pole ear (equipment after the entire metal strip and coil after the entire film form a disk), used for automated processing lines

4.1. Various brands of polar ear adhesive structures

The current Gole adhesive is imported from Japan, and the processing technology of Gole adhesive is relatively difficult: the molecular weight of PP data is controlled within a relatively narrow range, and the current domestic processing technology of PP adhesive can no longer meet the requirements.

Pole ear adhesive structure: Pole ear adhesive is generally composed of three layers of hot pressed together, except for relief board and single-layer modified PP made by Zhao'an and five layers made by Tengsen. Generally speaking, polar ear adhesive consists of a central frame layer and two external modified polypropylene layers. These two externally modified PP materials are the same. In order to seek the adhesion strength between the ultra-high adhesive layer and the metal belt, Hitachi and Tengsen have two modified PP materials with different appearances, one is the property modification page of Good Gold, and the other is the pro plastic appearance modification page. This type of polar ear adhesive, once used for manufacturing polar ears, will definitely lead to gas expansion and liquid leakage accidents.

At present, in the domestic market, the polar ear glue used for manufacturing polar ears can be divided into white glue, black glue, yellow glue, and single-layer glue. Among them, high-end battery customers mostly choose single-layer embossed 80m and 50m white glue. Low to mid end customers generally choose DNP vinyl and DNP yellow glue. There are many options for three-layer white glue in Japan and South Korea. Single layer white glue is rarely used by battery companies in Japan and South Korea, with a basic three-layer structure of white glue used. Domestic high-end battery companies are also gradually choosing three-layer structure of white glue.
