According to foreign media reports, Envision AESC, a power lithium battery company under Envision Technology Group, recently announced that it would build a new super battery factory in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, to accelerate Japan's electrification transformation and achieve the 2050 zero carbon emission target.

This is the recent deepening of the international layout of Yuanyuan Power after it announced that it has received orders from international first tier customers and has established power lithium battery factories in France and the UK. Ibaraki Battery Factory will not only become the largest single unit power lithium battery factory in Japan, but also the first digital and low-carbon power lithium battery factory in Japan.

It is reported that this factory is the second battery factory built by Yuanyuan Power in Japan, with a planned production capacity of 18GWh. After all are put into operation, it can supply a new generation of power lithium battery products for 300000 electric vehicles. The first phase of the factory will start mass production in 2024. By utilizing the full life cycle zero carbon solution of Vision Technology Group, the factory plans to achieve operational carbon neutrality from the beginning of mass production.
