Today we would like to introduce a new customized lithium battery for AGV car. Here it is.

This battery is customized for our a USA customer with a high standard.

It’s 51.2V 104Ah LiFePO4 battery. Here are switch, charge, discharge and communication connectors, The working voltage scope of this battery is from 40V to 58.4V. The continuous discharging current is 104A. And the peak 

discharge current could be reach 300A with 5 Seconds. 

And we also matched a charger. It’s here. The charging current is 50A. The battery can be fully charged about 2 hours. The input voltage of this charger is 240V 1 phase based on the customer’s requirement.

Here is testing report. Each battery before leaving our factory will be tested in 2~3 cycles. Charging and discharging to make sure every battery’s quality is well and customer will use it safely.

The designed battery is for a automated guided vehicle which will be used in a temperature controlled warehouse. Typically for canned beverages, at about 10 degrees. The load is 48V Direct Current 1320 watt hours.

We designed this battery solution for our customers. Actually this is the second generation battery. I will post the first generation battery in here. Then you can compare the difference of them.

In the battery appearance, firstly, the connectors were moved to adjacent side, Left-Hand Side facing the connectors. Then all four power leads length change from 200MM to 3M.

Inside the battery, the most important change is the communication between vehicles and batteries. We used CANbus communication in the first generation. Now we developed a new Modbus 485 communication base on the customer’s requirement to achieve a more intelligent interactive connection between the vehicles and batteries. 

And now we are very happy to receive our customer’s feedback that our battery has worked wonderfully for their application and the battery life exceeded expectations. It’s so exciting. I’m very happy to hear that.
